Big Noise Govanhill win Arts Champion of the Year community award

Big Noise Govanhill have won the 'Arts Champion of the Year' award at the Glasgow Times Community Champion Awards 2024! 


The team were delighted to accept the award at a glitzy grand final event in the Glasgow City Champers, hosted by the Lord Provost of Glasgow. Big Noise Govanhill were nominated by the community for the award, and with their support, made it through to the grand final event after winning the Glasgow South category in a public vote.

It was an incredible honour to be nominated alongside so many inspiring organisations and individuals working to make a difference across Glasgow. 

The award ceremony was attended by three Big Noise staff members and two excited participants, who had a brilliant evening meeting other nominees and celebrating together.
